Why does Starmer do away with the mental health minister and why does he annihilate her mental health portfolio? Surely this decreases Labour's voting viability in the General Election!

I wish that everyone here , the next time they need a Plumber, Mechanic, Buy a house or car or anything , STOP and have a looong discussion about is there enough diversity in the Plumbing industry. What are the feelings about equality amongst the mechanics before I get my car fixed. Did the people who built this house or car represent the race and gender of my community before I by it. (Most things we buy are from China , so NO) . These people don't help commerce they choke it.

I became disabled in July 2020. Mental health is an essential aspect of a work Life balance. I work from home due to my mobility. However, that does not stop the pressures applied by my employer to come to the office. I am a strong individual who stands firm. But I do not think employers understand how they can affect someone's mental health in a positive aspect as opposed to an adverse action. Empathy, is key here, for me.
